Condition your body from head to toe through our new Stretch & Strengthen course. Suitable for all levels, treat yourself for an hour a week with calming stretches and Pilates exercises to have your body feeling long, strong and motivated out of isolation.

This course aims to stretch and activate those beautiful muscles after such a long period couped up at home. We elongate tight muscles and work on strengthening the core, arms, legs and glutes.

Expect to achieve greater strength, flexibility and control in your movements – whether you’re a dancer or not!

What if I need to miss a class during the 6 weeks?

If you are unable to make it to a class, never fear – our sessions are recorded so you never have to miss out. Upon registration all participants will be given access to a Dropbox folder where we will upload the recording from your classes each week.

If you have booked to attend in studio, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make it in, so your place can be given to someone on our waiting list. You can choose to attend the class livestreamed instead (via Zoom), or catch up via the recording.

The course is sold out, is there any way I can still attend?

We only have 6 spaces available in studio per course, so if  you aren’t being given the option to book a place, it is likely that the spaces for this course have already sold out. We have plenty of spaces online however, or you can check out our other courses HERE to see what else is available. You may also request to go on our in studio waiting list for this course by emailing will notify you if there are any cancellations.
